Delivery Resuming in March

Hello everyone, we hope you are doing well.

This winter brought a lot of snow and many very cold days, but it is finally starting to feel like spring. There may still be some chilly days ahead, but here at The H Farm, we can already hear insects and birds again, the trees are beginning to bud, and spring flowers are blooming. The calves that were born last spring have grown well and are happily running around the fields.


Crocuses are blooming through the fallen leaves — such strong little flowers.

Our monthly deliveries will resume in March.
The first delivery will be Saturday, March 21, and the order deadline is Monday, March 16.

New Items Available

We also have some new items available! These are great ingredients for many different dishes.


  • 4I: Beef Fat - Beef fat in chunks, perfect for rendering into cooking fat at low temperature.

  • 4J: Bone Marrow - Beef shank bones cut lengthwise. Great for making rich soups and broths.


In addition, beef heart and brisket are now available in selectable package sizes.
Because the size of each package varies, the weight and price may also vary. You can now choose the package that best fits your needs.

Finally, due to rising feed and processing costs, we have made some adjustments to our product prices. We appreciate your understanding.
