Beef Brisket Tacos
Brisket is a cut of beef that comes from the lower breast or pectoral muscles of a cow. Because this area is so well-exercised, it makes for quite a tough piece of meat that's full of connective tissue. This is why it's best suited towards a low and slow cooking process.
One of great recipe to use this cut is "Beef Tacos". My friend recommends this Claudia's recipe.
She uses point end in this recipe but flat end will work too!
It may be a good opportunity to try spices that you have never used.
Add broth and don't let it get too dry
The vegetables which baked with beef can add to tacos too.
Really soft and tender.
Beef tacos is done!
Please try and enjoy!
