Short rib Flanken thin sliced 5mm thick
This cut is called "bome-in Karubi" in Japanese barbeque restaurants. Previously, this part was cut 1 inch thick (2.5 cm thick), but this time it is cut thinner.
We tried this on the grill at home.
When it was grilled, the fat fell off and it was baked in a good way! I think that it might be great when you fry in a pan. It's so "yakiniku / barbeque" taste!
